About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time, board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Oncologist to join their collaborative, multispecialty, and emergency-focused team. BluePearl Philadelphia is a state-of-the-art specialty and emergency veterinary hospital that expanded in 2017, adding advanced technologies like a 64-slice CT scanner and support for minimally invasive surgeries. It offers a strong collaborative atmosphere with specialist consultations and works in close partnership with its Levittown hospital, a Level 1 Certified facility. Patient transportation is offered among its three local hospitals. The role involves shaping and growing an oncology service in a high-demand area, joining an experienced, multidisciplinary team, and having access to extensive BluePearl resources and referral networks. Requirements
- Board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Oncologist
Responsibilities
- Shape and grow an oncology service in a high-demand area
- Work alongside specialists in Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Clinical Pathology, Dentistry & Oral Surgery, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Internal Medicine, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Radiation Oncology, Surgery, and Emergency & Critical Care.
