About The Position

Richland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Medical Director (DVM/VMD) to lead their growing small animal hospital in Richland, Washington. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Washington.
  • Strong foundation in small animal medicine and surgery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service.
  • Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and team development.

  • Previous leadership experience as a Medical Director, Chief of Staff, Lead Veterinarian, or mentor within a multi-doctor practice.
