As Medical Director, you’ll: Lead and mentor the clinical team, Set and uphold medical standards, Partner with leadership on growth and direction, Build lasting relationships within the community. This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just clock in and out. Clinic Snapshot Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice. Patient Volume: Busy, well-paced caseload. Support: Strong technician + CSR team. Case Mix: Companion animal + livestock + equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
• Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
• Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and team development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
