Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in companion animal medicine is required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership while delivering exceptional medical and surgical care for companion animals.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and high-quality patient care.
- Assist with the development and implementation of medical protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve clinical operations, workflow, and patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
