About The Position

The Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Springfield/Eugene, OR is seeking an Internal Medicine Specialist to join their team. This state-of-the-art, AAHA accredited hospital, expanded to over 12,000 square feet, features advanced equipment including a new Toshiba 128 slice CT modality. The role offers an opportunity to utilize leadership skills and work closely with the Medical Director and Hospital Administrator. Requirements

• Internal Medicine Specialist
• DVM or equivalent degree
• Licensed or ability to obtain veterinary license in Oregon
• Strong leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Professional interests in emergency and critical care, emergency surgery, and exotic animal medicine.
• Membership in the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the hospital team, including the Medical Director and Hospital Administrator.
• Provide internal medicine specialization to patients.
