About The Position

Arista Advanced Pet Care Dallas is seeking a Veterinary Dentist for an Associate Opportunity. This is a chance to help build a multispecialty hospital with talented veterinarians who are passionate about their medicine, their teams, and the development of the hospital. The owners are specialists in emergency and critical care, internal medicine, and cardiology, who are accomplished veterinarians and individuals with lives outside of their professional certifications. The practice utilizes modern equipment and technology, including Scribble for ambient dictation and Instinct as their EMR and PIMS. Production is paid monthly with a transparent dashboard for tracking numbers. The position offers support and values good ideas, with a reasonable chance of implementation. There is an option for an ownership path or an associate position with meaningful influence over medical practice. Non-competes are not required for associates.
