Requirements
- Exceptional telephone and customer service skills and thrives in a high-call-volume environment.

- Can multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Dependable, motivated, and works well as part of a team.
- Available to work three 10-hour shifts Monday through Wednesday, with flexibility to assist with additional coverage as needed, including weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Previous office, medical, or veterinary experience (preferred), but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer a high volume of calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments using multiple computer platforms.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, estimates, and payment processing.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email.
- Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient hospital experience.
