About The Position

Friendship Hospital for Animals, a leading AAHA-accredited hospital located in Washington D.C., is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Customer Service Representatives to support our thriving primary care, emergency, and specialty teams. As the face of Friendship, the client service representative sets the tone for the client experience. This person will have excellent communication skills, is self-motivated, and engaging in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate has previous client-facing experience in a veterinary setting, but if you’re willing to learn we are willing to teach!
