About The Position

Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services (BSVESS) in Swansea, MA, is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Criticalist to join their specialty practice. The hospital is experiencing increasing caseloads and is expanding its services to include ophthalmology, cardiology, dermatology, medical oncology, and a radiation oncology center with a linear accelerator and CT scanner. BSVESS is a partner to Ocean State Veterinary Specialists (OSVS), facilitating case collaboration. Requirements

Diplomate of ACVECC or Residency-Trained Criticalist.
Eligible to obtain a veterinary license to practice in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with specialists and ER doctors.
Provide care in a large 24/7 intensive care unit.
Utilize cutting-edge equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, endoscopy, and a linear accelerator.
Focus on calls and paperwork in ample office space.
