Spruce Hill Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate, professional, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team full-time! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people and their pets, and being an integral part of a collaborative veterinary team. Nice To Haves

  • Previous veterinary receptionist or Client Service Representative experience
  • Previous customer service experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus
  • Experience with veterinary software systems is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients warmly and professionally
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
  • Provide information regarding hospital services and policies
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
  • Support clients with compassion during both routine and emotional visits
  • Schedule appointments, surgeries, and procedures
  • Confirm appointments and communicate schedule updates
  • Help maintain efficient daily hospital workflow
  • Verify patient and client information
  • Process payments accurately
  • Review invoices and answer client questions
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate future visits
  • Maintain accurate patient and client records
  • Manage emails, texts, and client communications
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Utilize veterinary practice management software
  • Assist clients with forms and paperwork
  • Provide basic preventive care information as directed
  • Help facilitate communication between clients and the medical team
