About The Position

GSVS Morristown is seeking a Veterinary Client Services Representative to join their outpatient surgery team. This role is crucial in providing advanced veterinary care and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. The position is located in northern New Jersey, approximately 25 miles west of New York City. Veritas Veterinary Partners aims to build a network of trust and opportunity for veterinary professionals, specializing in supporting Specialty and Emergency care hospitals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of client service experience
• Ability to communicate with confidence and compassion
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to navigate financial conversations professionally and comfortably
• Ability to bring empathy, patience, and genuine care to pet parents
• Ability to balance professionalism with a warm, welcoming personality
• Ability to collaborate with a supportive team
• Ability to stay positive, curious, honest, and eager to grow
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
