Requirements

• 1+ years of client service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle tasks
• Empathy, compassion, and a heart for helping anxious pet parents
• Knows when to be discreet and when to be delightfully warm
• Loves working with a team and building relationships
• Stays positive, curious, honest, and ready to learn
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced setting
• Additional fluency in other languages is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Answering multiple phone lines
• Data entry
