About The Position

Modern Animal is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to provide high-quality general practice care and support a compassionate, inclusive, and human-centered clinic culture. The role includes using technical skills in general practice, including dental procedures, or developing those skills. The position involves working collaboratively with a supportive team, building trusting relationships with clients and coworkers, and representing Modern Animal as a compassionate partner in the community.

The position pays $36.00–$40.80 per hour. A sign-on bonus of up to $8,000 and equity grant units may be included in the compensation package. Actual base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Veterinary Technician License.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician or in a related role.
• Communicate with empathy and act with integrity.
• Want to contribute to a culture transforming veterinary medicine.
