Veterinary Assistant (VA) - NOPA
About The Position
Modern Animal is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to deliver high-quality general-practice veterinary care and contribute to a supportive, inclusive clinic culture. The role includes using a full technical skill set in general-practice care, including dental procedures or a willingness to develop in this area. Team members collaborate through curiosity, integrity, and communication; build trust with clients and coworkers through honesty and empathy; and represent Modern Animal as a compassionate community partner. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000. The stated pay range is $26.40–$31.20 per hour; base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician, assistant, or in a related role.
- Strong general-practice or dental experience, or a passion to grow in this area.
- Communicate with empathy and act with integrity.
- Want to contribute to a culture transforming veterinary medicine.
