Requirements
- Veterinary Assistant with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting preferred
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients
- Confident, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Anesthesia and surgery monitoring experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care and support veterinarians during appointments and treatments
- Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical procedures
- Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling and questions
- Check patients in and out
- Provide compassionate client communication and education
- Support daily hospital operations and team needs
- Assist with kennel care during holiday shifts—we all pitch in when needed
