About The Position

Join Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn, MA, a Level 1 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital, where you’ll work alongside experienced veterinarians and credentialed technicians caring for high-acuity patients while growing your skills in emergency medicine. This is a full-time opportunity with multiple scheduling options available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous animal handling experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical or emergency veterinary environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Team-focused, collaborative mindset with willingness to learn
• Ability to safely restrain dogs and cats of varying sizes
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required

Responsibilities

• Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment areas, exam rooms, and equipment
• Laundry, dishes, and animal husbandry (cleaning kennels, walking, and feeding patients)
• Provide safe and compassionate restraint during patient examinations, procedures, and diagnostics
