Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with animal care procedures and treatments.
• Greet and check-in clients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and reception areas.
• Process payments, maintain client records, and handle administrative duties as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding pet care instructions and clinic policies.
• Take accurate patient histories and communicate our recommendations to our pet owners.
• Preparing for and assisting our doctors with each appointment.
• Providing prompt, friendly, and professional service to all Clients and Patients, whether in person or on the phone.
