About The Position
BluePearl Summerville, SC is looking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Anesthesiologist! As a Veterinary Anesthesiologist, you will play a critical role in our hospital by: Designing and overseeing customized anesthetic protocols for a variety of complex cases. Providing pain management strategies tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Proficiency in monitoring and managing anesthesia for a wide range of surgical and critical cases Collaborating closely with our surgical, internal medicine, and emergency teams. Training and mentoring clinicians and technicians to advance anesthesia best practices. Enhancing patient outcomes by ensuring the highest level of anesthetic safety and monitoring.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Board-certified or residency-trained in Veterinary Anesthesiology (ACVAA or equivalent)
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in the applicable state
- Expertise in anesthesia protocols, pain management, and perioperative care
