About The Position
CareVet of Conover Veterinary Hospital in Conover, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time veterinarian to provide small-animal care in a positive, collaborative environment. The practice has an experienced, long-tenured team and has served the community since 1995. New graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome; mentorship is available for new graduates, while experienced veterinarians can practice with clinical autonomy and team support. The role includes preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. The hospital offers digital radiology, ultrasound, and in-house bloodwork. Eligible full-time veterinarians can receive a $125,000 signing bonus package, a competitive six-figure base salary plus production compensation, and comprehensive benefits. The hospital is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary program.
- Active North Carolina veterinary license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
