About The Position
Tidewater Veterinary Hospital, LLC is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to join their well-established, highly regarded mixed-animal practice in St. Mary's County, Maryland. They welcome applicants interested in small-animal, large-animal, or mixed-animal medicine, with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available. The hospital has been freshly renovated and is equipped with modern medical technology. They offer a competitive ProSal compensation package with no negative accrual and reasonable production targets. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an accredited college of veterinary medicine.
- Eligibility for or current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Maryland.
- Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine.
- Strong clinical judgment and dedication to lifelong learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate openly, honestly, professionally, and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with humility, respect, and accountability.
- Personal integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to doing the right thing—even when no one is watching.
