About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to provide comprehensive general practice services to companion animals in a quality-care, family-oriented, community-focused environment. The role serves Jacksonville’s Northside community and includes a varied caseload spanning routine wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and same-day urgent cases. The practice offers a 2-to-1 staff-to-doctor ratio, with technicians, assistants, and client service representatives working closely with veterinarians. Flexible scheduling options are available, and no on-call or holiday shifts are required. Generous paid time off is offered.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of Florida prior to the start date.
- Comfort triaging and managing general medicine and surgery cases.
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general practice veterinary services to companion animals.
