About The Position
Mill Creek Animal Hospital, a CareVet partner, has an exciting opportunity to join a well-established hospital in Alpharetta, GA! This position offers a six-figure salary plus production, clinical support, work/life balance, and a competitive compensation package, including a $125,000 bonus! We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian with strong surgical skills to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine and surgery while working closely with our skilled support staff. Your expertise and passion for patient care will contribute to the continued success of our clinic.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- Licensure in the state/s candidate will be working
- Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
- Outstanding dexterity in handling animals while performing precise tasks
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
- Strong fondness and understanding of animals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of animal behavior
- Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
