About The Position

Hebron Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian to join its small animal practice in Hebron, Indiana. The position may suit either a recent graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced veterinarian looking for a collaborative, supportive environment. The practice is equipped with four exam rooms, a surgical suite, digital X-rays, and dental X-rays. Veterinarians typically see 10–20 patients per day, with 20–30-minute appointments. There is no boarding or grooming. New graduates can receive hands-on guidance with appointments and surgeries, longer appointment times, and access to new graduate advisors and Slack groups for case reviews and peer support. The role includes collaboration and case discussions with other veterinarians and an experienced team of four assistants. Flexible scheduling is available, with no on-call or after-hours requirements. The team prioritizes finishing on time and maintaining work-life balance. Hebron is a small town in Northwest Indiana with a family-friendly community, outdoor recreation, and access to urban amenities, including Chicago about an hour away.
