About The Position

BluePearl Irvine, California is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Radiologist to join our team! This role is for a dedicated Veterinarian who takes great pride in providing animals with the best possible care and practices patience with their patients daily. The ideal candidate is a respectful, resilient, and phenomenal teammate with a passion for working with animals and learning new standard methodologies in animal health. Our clinicians offer 24/7 emergency care as well as specialty services in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Cardiology, Critical Care and Neurology. Onsite diagnostic and treatment capabilities include a CT scanner, ultrasound, MRI, chemotherapy, endoscopy, arthroscopy, laparoscopy and digital radiography.

Requirements

• Board-certified or residency-trained Radiologist.
• DVM.
• Passion for working with animals.
• Willingness to learn new standard methodologies in animal health.

• Ability to work in a 24-hour pet hospital.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuing education, short courses, associated travel, and registration fees.
• Provide outstanding technician support.
• Develop associates into leaders through talent development programs and leadership workshops.
• Assist with stress management, mental health awareness, compassion fatigue, burnout, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Access more than 2,000 veterinary and health science journals.
• Participate and learn from ongoing clinical studies.
• Utilize resources for system training, continuing education, compliance, and personal development.
• Obtain RECOVER CPR certifications.
