About The Position

PriorityPet Urgent Care is seeking a talented, experienced Veterinarian to partner with them and lead a brand new facility in Lafayette, CO, with an expected opening by the end of 2026. This role offers immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. The practice will be a modern, fully equipped facility designed to deliver excellent medical service and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. The company emphasizes medical autonomy for veterinarians, providing business support and solutions to help practices succeed. Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with experience and willingness to manage a team.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in urgent care medicine.
• Desire to lead and own a practice.
