About The Position

We are seeking a talented, experienced Veterinarian to partner with us and be a leader in a brand new PriorityPet Urgent Care facility in Lafayette, CO, with an expected opening by the end of 2026. This role offers immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. The ideal candidate is an experienced veterinarian with a passion for urgent care medicine and a desire to lead. You will have medical autonomy, supported by our business solutions, to build the culture you envision in a modern, fully equipped facility with a dedicated team. We provide the space and tools to deliver excellent medicine, bridging the gap between primary and emergency care.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
