About The Position

We are seeking a talented, experienced Veterinarian to partner with us and be a leader in this new practice. This role offers immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. The ideal candidate is an experienced veterinarian with a love for urgent care medicine and a desire to lead. You can expect a fully equipped, modern facility with a wide variety of medical cases and a dedicated team of experienced techs and support staff. Our advanced building and state-of-the-art equipment will provide the space and tools needed to deliver best-in-service medicine and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. We provide our doctor partners medical autonomy, as they are the experts in medicine, while we provide the support and business solutions based on their goals. Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine.
