About The Position

High Desert Animal Care Hospital is a fast-paced small animal practice in Palmdale, CA, with over 30 years of experience providing exceptional care. We handle everything from routine check-ups to complex surgeries, urgent walk-ins to challenging cases. We foster a dedicated, fun-loving team environment where collaboration and growth are key. As the Medical Director Veterinarian, you will be the pivotal leader of the hospital, responsible for leadership and staff management, client relations, medical quality assurance, and financial oversight in partnership with the Regional Manager. This role is crucial to the hospital's success, and we seek an individual with expertise and leadership skills.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
Active veterinary state license, ability to obtain one.
Current DEA License preferred but not required.
USDA Accreditation preferred but not required.
