Urban Ridge Supplies•New York, NY
•$225,000 - $275,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Doctronic is the #1 AI doctor, offering free, anonymous, and HIPAA-compliant AI consults. Having achieved legal authorization to practice medicine autonomously and secured medical malpractice insurance, Doctronic is expanding its enterprise sales team. This role is for a senior sales hire responsible for building the enterprise organization to serve health plans, health systems, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years selling into health systems, including multi-year enterprise contracts personally closed and managed.
  • Verifiable relationships with health system economic buyers: chief medical officers, VPs of clinical operations and network, and digital health or innovation leaders.
  • Fluency in health system economics and relevant vocabulary: cost per case, DRG reimbursement, bundled payments, shared savings, risk-based arrangements, and value-based contracting.
  • A track record of selling clinical credibility rather than features, with the judgment to identify necessary evidence for specific buyers.
  • Comfort selling a product that is evolving in a category with evolving regulations.
  • Willingness to travel heavily, as enterprise buyers require in-person engagement.
  • Based in New York City or willing to relocate.
  • This is a hybrid role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling AI, digital health, or virtual care specifically into health systems.
  • Experience working within a health system on the buying side of similar deals.
  • Familiarity with CMS models and care management programs such as ACCESS, APCM, CCM, and TCM.
  • Experience with co-branded or digital front door deployments within a health system's patient experience.
  • Early-stage experience, ideally as one of the first sellers in a vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation and closed contract value for the health systems vertical, with a target of at least four opportunities in contracting or later at any time.
  • Build the health system narrative and buyer persona map, focusing on cost of care, patient access and capacity, patient engagement, quality measures, and performance in value-based arrangements.
  • Run the full sales cycle, including sourcing with business development and marketing, scoping integration with solutions engineering, and closing with the deal desk.
  • Navigate health system procurement and compliance, including security review, diligence questionnaires, corporate practice of medicine considerations, and BAA and DUA negotiation.
  • Work with the Chief Medical Officer and research team to develop clinical evidence into health system-ready economic packages.
  • Partner with implementation before signature to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities.
  • Feed vertical requirements into the enterprise product roadmap and push back on non-repeatable one-off builds.
  • Grow accounts after launch alongside customer success, as expansion within a health system is prioritized over net-new logos.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $225-$275k
  • Commission of up to 50% of base
  • Meaningful equity
  • Health reimbursement allowance
  • Support for well-being
  • Flexible time off
