About The Position

The Versatility Manager is a dual-role position requiring 20 hours per week as a Case Manager and 20 hours per week as Direct Support Back-up Staff. This role is part of the Agency with Choice (AWC) program and is located in Springfield and surrounding areas. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $23 to $25 per hour.

Requirements

Must have knowledge to work with individuals with a variety of needs
Must be reliable and flexible to provide hours needed for individuals
Knowledgeable with Microsoft word, excel a plus
Recruitment/Interviewing and program development skills preferred
Must be organized, creative and a self-starter
Must have good written/communication skills
Must attend mandatory trainings and bi-monthly staff meetings
Must have safe and reliable transportation
Must have High School Diploma
First Aid and CPR trainings are required

Nice To Haves

Microsoft excel knowledge is a plus
Recruitment/Interviewing and program development skills are preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Families in program design
Networking to find volunteer opportunities
Staff recruitment and Supervision
Complete written assessments and evaluations
Work with DDS Service Coordinators to provide supports
Attend Bimonthly Staff meetings
Meet and learn needs of everyone in the program
Provide direct care when in need of a permanent staff or during planned vacations/absences.
Develop a list of relief staff to cover a sick/vacation day or when a staff has left
Develop a survey/questionnaire to determine families need for a relief staff
