This role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the best Verizon wireless solutions. You will stay current on devices, plans, and promotions to provide expert advice, drive sales goals, and deliver a 5-star customer experience. Responsibilities include completing transactions accurately using the POS system and handling customer concerns with confidence and care.
Requirements
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus – but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and team-focused
- Passion for technology and wireless products
- Full-time availability with weekend availability required
