About The Position

Crossroads Talent Solutions is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Verifying Official to support Identification Card Administration Services at two Identification Card Issuance Offices located within the MNCC Personnel Support Detachment at Naval Weapons Station Joint Base Charleston, SC. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional service to military personnel, families, retirees, and authorized civilians.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to successfully pass a background investigation
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative, military, or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival
  • Review and verify eligibility documentation for military identification card issuance
  • Record customer arrival times and manage customer processing queues efficiently
  • Provide customers with informational handouts and guidance regarding services
  • Promote the use of the DEERS-RAPIDS Self-Service and Online Appointment Scheduler to improve customer experience
  • Process and issue military identification cards accurately and efficiently, with a goal of completing transactions within 15 minutes per customer
  • Perform basic maintenance on RAPIDS workstations and printers, including replenishing toner, laminate, and paper supplies
  • Support Government personnel by providing updates and input regarding daily work activities
