Redlen Technologies is a pioneering company that has revolutionized the semiconductor crystal growth and fabrication process. Our founder's visionary work with the Canadian Space Agency laid the foundation for our groundbreaking Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT) sensors, revolutionizing medical imaging, security imaging, and non-destructive testing. We are driving a quantum leap forward in medical CT scanners, elevating diagnostic accuracy while reducing radiation dose. With over 200 dedicated professionals, we foster a work environment where Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) professionals thrive. Redlen's teams exemplify our commitment to leveraging a wide range of ideas and backgrounds as a driving force for innovation, business excellence, and pioneering advancements in STEM. The Product Performance team is dedicated to ensuring our detector modules meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and application suitability. The team plays a critical role in connecting detector design and manufacturing to real-world imaging outcomes by driving initiatives in verification, validation & test (VV&T), device physics, reliability, image quality optimization, and data-driven performance analysis. The Verification Manager is accountable for the execution, coordination, and delivery of all verification (VER) activities across Redlen’s active programs. This role holds decision authority over verification prioritization, sequencing, resourcing, and execution outcomes, ensuring work is delivered in a coordinated, predictable, and scalable manner across cross-functional teams. Operating within strategy defined by senior leadership, the Verification Manager translates that direction into integrated execution across programs, teams, and stakeholders. The function plays a key role in new product introduction by verifying that design specifications are met through defined test plans, performance measurement, and structured verification evidence. The team ensures clear linkage between requirements, verification activities, and outcomes; supports factory acceptance testing (FAT) and alignment with production test; and owns cross-functional interfaces between design, test, and manufacturing to ensure clear scope, execution, and handoff. It also analyzes verification gaps and test escapes to improve coverage, execution discipline, and product performance over time.
