About The Position

As an Upsells/Ancillary Sales staff member, you play a vital role in offering guests the opportunity to enjoy perks and experiences that allow them a first-class event. You also are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. Your attention to detail and customer service skills contribute to creating a positive experience for all patrons.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to hold this position

Responsibilities

  • Provide guest services by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Collect money from patrons for all upsell/ancillary products such as parking, lawn chairs, premium upgrades and ticket fees.
  • Use provided devices to keep track of sales and redemption.
  • Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
  • Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
  • Additional tasks as requested by management.
