About The Position

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. The BOK Center is offering a Spring 2027 Venue Management Intern experience for students seeking hands-on exposure to the live entertainment and venue management industry. This rotational program provides a comprehensive look at how a major arena operates by allowing interns to rotate through a variety of departments, including Marketing and Communications, Event Services, Box Office and Ticketing, Global Partnerships and Premium Services, Booking and Special Events, Guest Services and Front of House, and Operations and Food and Beverage. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is expected to last from January 18, 2027, to April 23, 2027. This position will remain open until December 31, 2026.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in hospitality, entertainment business, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
Passion for live events, music, and venue operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Professionalism, integrity, and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

Rotate through departments on a predetermined schedule, participating in both event-day and non-event operations.
Work directly with BOK Center's full-time staff, assisting with a wide range of responsibilities.
Assist with artist and tour advance logistics.
Contribute to marketing and social media campaigns.
Support sponsor activations and client servicing.
Shadow box office operations and guest service teams.
Participate in event setup and breakdown.
Help coordinate show day and backstage needs.
Observe meetings and internal planning processes.
One-on-one mentorship opportunities with department leaders.
