Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, passionate, and authentic personality.
- Ability to arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work.
- Uniform must be neat and pressed.
- Knowledge of all menus and wine lists.
- Ability to take food and beverage orders completely and in a timely fashion.
- Ability to serve guests according to established standards.
- Ability to keep workstation clean at all times.
- Ability to read all memos.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
- Proficiency in operating InfoGenesis.
- Ability to report to Restaurant Manager before ending work shift.
- Ability to speak positively of the resort at all times.
- Ability to foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary.
- Knowledge of resort layout.
- Ability to work efficiently and as a team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional, and courteous manner.
- Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work.
- Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job including all side-work.
- Know all menus and wine lists.
- Take food and beverage orders in a complete and timely fashion.
- Serve guests according to established standards.
- Keep workstation clean at all times.
- Read all memos.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
- Operate InfoGenesis in a proficient manner.
- Report to Restaurant Manager before ending work shift.
- Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the resort at all times.
- Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed guest expectations.
- Know resort layout.
- Work efficiently and as a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
