About The Position
Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) is a growth equity firm focused on high-growth software, internet, and business services investments in the United States, Europe, and Israel. Since its founding in 2006, SGE has invested more than $4.5 billion in over 100 companies. The firm focuses on finding promising companies, supporting their growth, and generating returns for stakeholders. As a Venture Capital / Private Equity co-op, you will work directly with the Business Development, Investment, and Value Creation teams to identify, contact, and evaluate potential investment companies. The role offers hands-on exposure to venture capital and private equity investing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with opportunities to develop analytical skills, network with entrepreneurs, and evaluate companies across new industries.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to actively market the firm during phone calls and in-person meetings with entrepreneurs.
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence and capability to work autonomously.
- Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking ability and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Impressive academic record.

Responsibilities
- Identify and source new investment opportunities.
- Perform thesis-based market research and industry analysis.
- Analyze investment presentations and materials from potential investment targets.
- Participate in various due diligence activities.
- Assist in the M&A process for portfolio companies.
- Construct presentation materials for the firm and its portfolio companies.
