About The Position

Susquehanna is seeking a Facilities Management Co-op student to join its Facilities team, which designs, builds out, maintains, and supports the firm’s office spaces across its U.S. locations. The co-op will gain hands-on experience in building operations, vendor coordination, and workplace experience, working closely with the Global Facilities Manager and the Property Management Workflow Coordinator. The role helps ensure office spaces are safe, functional, and aligned with Susquehanna’s operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily facility operations, including service requests, preventive maintenance tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Support site inspections, workplace readiness checks, and safety compliance verifications, including checks of AEDs, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
• Help manage and close tickets in the FMS tracking system.
• Support project management activities by tracking timelines and deliverables and coordinating with Susquehanna teams.
• Monitor subcontractor equipment submittals to ensure compliance with firm specifications.
• Ensure processes are documented and organized efficiently.
• Provide on-site support for emergencies, maintenance issues, and event setups as needed.
