About The Position

The Ventilation & Filtration Specialist will help lead the daily, monthly, and annual execution of ventilation and air filtration programs across swine facilities. This position plays a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing both negative and positive pressure filtration systems, which are critical components in sow farm biosecurity. Responsibilities

Ensure ventilation and filtration systems operate at peak performance.
Collaborate with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction.
Oversee filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements.
Lead filtration audits for filtered sow farms.
Train and support on-farm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks.
Advance the overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis.
