About The Position

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our vendors deliver excellent customer service by providing food and beverage to our guests at their seats, and in designated areas on the concourse! This position is considered a Part-time/Seasonal position.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Requires a valid TEAM/ServSafe alcohol certification
Demonstrates excellent guest service skills
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Requires basic math and counting skills
Requires constant standing, walking, stooping, bending, and climbing stairs
Ability to work quickly, energetically, and efficiently
Work may involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures
Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
Experience as a roving vendor a plus

Responsibilities

Carries an assortment of food or beverage items for in-seat sales to guests
Ensure bins, carrying trays, and bags are clean and ready for use
Adheres to all alcohol service policies and food & safety guidelines
Processes transactions for food and beverage items served
Upholds inventory integrity and adheres to cash handling policies and procedures
Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
