About The Position

The Vendor Specialist is responsible for working as a liaison between MCM and the Law Firms to ensure process adherence. This includes account analysis via automated and manual processes & training law firms for increased performance. The position will also include problem solving along with support and ownership of subject matter expert areas and projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years customer service or clerical experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to process Data Entry
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and/or the legal field
  • Knowledge of Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all outsourced accounts are handled accurately.
  • Promote internal and external relationships with law firms and internal partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for one or more business entities.
  • Improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide regular tracking and reporting into daily processes and/or financial performance.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
