Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Order Management, Vendor Relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Experience coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and managing customer communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with CRM systems and data entry.

Experience supporting vendors, suppliers, or fulfillment operations.
Account management or client services.

Logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, providing timely updates on order status, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Partner with vendors to ensure orders are produced and fulfilled on schedule.
Track orders and production timelines, proactively identifying and addressing delays.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to maintain alignment and communication across all parties.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and vendors through excellent service and consistent follow-through.
Resolve issues related to shipping, delivery, quality, or timing while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records within CRM and order management systems.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support operational process improvements.
