About The Position

Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leading provider of fleet maintenance and repair services, is seeking a Vendor Process & Performance Analyst to support the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of its vendor management operations. This role acts as a crucial link between vendors and internal teams, focusing on process standardization, reporting, performance tracking, and strategic vendor initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic process thinking, and excellent communication abilities to enhance operational performance, strengthen vendor partnerships, and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with vendor management, procurement, operations, or supply chain functions preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • DOMO platform experience or similar business intelligence/analytics tools
  • Background in fleet management, transportation, or logistics vendor operations

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance vendor performance reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Analyze operational, pricing, and vendor performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor key vendor metrics and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support vendor audit programs and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of vendor-related projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement process enhancements and technology-driven solutions.
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to management.
  • Foster collaboration across Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other business functions.
  • Support vendor onboarding activities and documentation management processes.
  • Maintain and improve standardized vendor workflows and operating procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across vendor management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support vendor setup, maintenance, and operational initiatives.
