About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Management Support Specialist to join our Vendor Risk Management team. This role will support vendor onboarding and maintenance review processes, helping ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and communicating professionally. This is a remote position that is based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote) required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Archer GRC platform preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a working knowledge of vendor-related policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
Develop and manage a centralized resource repository for the Vendor Management team.
Stay informed on department priorities and goals; proactively identify actions to support these objectives.
Provide meeting support, including scheduling, preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
Prepare and submit vendor contracts in accordance with established guidelines and timelines.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy for vendor-related projects and reporting.
Drive time-sensitive deliverables as assigned by the Director of Third-Party Risk Management.
Schedule and manage the cadence for vendor risk assessments.
Support administrative tasks such as document management and internal coordination.
Perform other duties as assigned.
