Requirements

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable or vendor management experience
  • Experience with vendor onboarding platforms and ERP systems; Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of AP controls, tax documentation, and vendor compliance processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Treasury, and operational teams
  • Demonstrates good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Communicates effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and customers
  • Demonstrates proficiency in basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor onboarding, updates, and maintenance in VendorCafe and ERP systems
  • Review and validate vendor documentation including W-9s, insurance certificates, and banking information
  • Coordinate insurance compliance review and follow-up on expiring documentation
  • Partner with Treasury on ACH/banking verification and fraud prevention controls
  • Support Procurement with vendor setup requests and credit application processing
  • Maintain accurate vendor master data and audit-ready documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties
  • Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries related to onboarding and vendor records
