About The Position

Responsible for building and managing etrailer’s relationships with vendors partners. The Vendor Growth Specialist ensures vendors see etrailer as a top-tier partner for launching and growing their products. Maintain consistent communication, surfacing new product opportunities, and supporting program execution, this role is a key driver in our product development and growth strategy. The role will be both the voice of the vendor inside etrailer and a strong representative of etrailer to the vendor—ensuring trust, visibility, and continued collaboration across the lifecycle of the relationship.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with vendor programs, product planning, or account management a plus
  • Experience in vendor relations, purchasing, sales or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing personal contact with vendor partners, including multiple meaningful touchpoints via phone calls per day.
  • Host vendor meetings, coordinate trainings, and attend trade shows and vendor visits.
  • Review vendor programs (margin, freight, stock levels, competitiveness) Renegotiate where necessary.
  • Use OneNote and VM tools to track all vendor interactions and submit weekly impact reports.
  • Proactively surface new product opportunities—especially NTW (New to the World) or exclusive products.
  • Collaborate across departments (e.g., data, pricing, compliance) to ensure clean handoffs, expectations, and internal execution.
  • Participate in personal development and teammate training to strengthen vendor-facing skills.
