About The Position
This position involves performing complete service calls for assigned work orders, responding to emergency service requests, and installing, removing, and replacing vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment. The role requires verifying equipment operation, maintaining accurate inventory records, and potentially working with small engines. The schedule includes Tuesday-Friday with Saturday coverage and an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Valid Class D license
- Valid DOT Certificate
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid work ethic
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 pounds or more
- Must live in or near the Paducah, KY area
- Maintain a clean-shaven appearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with small engines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete service calls for all assigned work orders each day.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests dispatched by Customer Service.
- Install, remove, and replace vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment as assigned by the Vending Service Manager.
- Complete equipment tags documenting the condition of all equipment returned to the Marion Service Department.
- Verify that each piece of equipment is operating properly before closing the work order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for vending and dispensing parts issued.
