About The Position

C&S Vending is hiring a full-time Vending Route Driver based in Faribault, Minnesota. The driver independently follows an assigned route serving micro-markets and vending machines across the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota. Responsibilities include stocking and servicing equipment, managing and rotating inventory for freshness, handling cash, maintaining equipment, and providing customer service while building strong client relationships. Drivers pick up pre-packed orders at the warehouse early each morning, generally between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM, and use real-time technology to stay efficient and connected during their shifts. The role typically runs Monday through Friday, with 9- to 10-hour shifts ending between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Routes vary, and most drivers work approximately 45–50 hours per week. The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, grasping, climbing in and out of trucks, and moving products up and downstairs. Drivers may lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavier loads. Requirements

At least 5 years of driving experience.
Valid Class D driver's license.
Clean driving record for the past 3 years, with no DUIs or major violations.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Clean criminal history at the national, state, and county levels.
Ability to pass a credit check.
Physically capable of meeting the job demands, including frequent lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, grasping, climbing in and out of trucks, and moving products up and downstairs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavier loads.
Must meet the requirements of the company's commercial insurance provider.
