About The Position

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has immediate openings on day shift for Vehicle (Engine) Teardown Mechanics/Technicians in Novi, MI. The rate of pay is $23-$25 based on experience and knowledge. This role provides superior, quality, mechanical services according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines, and supports and contributes to the company Quality Policies and QMS. The position involves the teardown/disassembly of complete vehicles and recording data. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time with continuous bending and twisting, perform work inside areas of varying dimensions involving squatting and crawling for possible extended periods, and be available to work scheduled hours depending on customer needs. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and overtime as required, may be necessary.

Requirements

Must have own tools
Full proficiency in local language
Proficiency in English
Computer skills Microsoft Office and Outlook
Automotive Mechanical Expertise in Vehicle Teardown
1+ years of work experience as a mechanic
High School diploma
Equivalent education, training, and/or experience combined

Responsibilities

Review work orders and discuss with clients, co-workers, and supervision

Ability to follow direction; read and understand common danger placards/labels and hazardous warning literature including site safety plans
