About The Position

Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee their Sales Department. This role involves managing sales volume, appraisals, deal desking, advertising, purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, and the hiring, training, and motivation of salespersons. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM systems and work closely with salespeople daily. The dealership offers a strong pay plan, a professional environment with General Manager support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of current Sales Manager experience or 4+ years as a Sales Consultant or 2+ years as an F&I Manager
  • Strong internet skills including CRM and VAuto
  • Proven track record in sales and CSI
  • Good math skills
  • High school graduate; college a plus
  • Satisfactory employment references
  • Pass background check
  • Must be 18 or older.
